    Scope of responsibility
    Provide services and assistance to customers through real-time chat, email and phone
    By discovering problems, finding out the answers and guiding customers to take corrective measures, provide customers with corresponding answers
    Handle and resolve customer complaints
    Provide customers with information about company services and products
    Includes providing high-quality services and support in various fields, but not limited to system/technical failures, login/account problems, accounting (deposits and withdrawals) and overall transaction inquiries
    Equal attention is paid between company policy and customer decision-making interests, and problems should be handled in the best interests of customers and the company
    Inform customers of the company’s internal rules and procedures
    Further follow up on the progress of customer response
    During the night shift, the logistics department and the client accounting department should perform corresponding duties
    Update customer records in real time
    Must ensure that all duties performed in accordance with KYC, AML and prohibition of investigation and control
    Provide customer feedback on the efficiency of the service process
    Requirements (job requirements)
    University degree is the first choice, but it is not required
    Chinese nationality and proficient in English
    Have good computer knowledge and Microsoft Office applications. Typing speed is also fast
